What should I do if I do not know exactly which upgrade is required for my vehicle?

Please feel free to contact us directly via our online chat or using our contact information indicated in the Contacts section and we will advise you on the most suitable CD, DVD or SD upgrade.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, the prices of all products in our store include VAT..

Do your products come with a warranty?

All products sold by NAVIGATIONSHOP LTD come with a warranty. The warranty period is indicated separately for each product.

Is registration required when making an order?

It is not mandatory, products can be purchased by both registered and non-registered users.

Which payment methods are available when paying for the products?

The following payment methods are available: by credit card, by bank transfer or using PayPal. More information is available in the Payments section.

I would like to provide some additional information with my order (door code, instructions for courier, etc.). Where can I do that?

Yes, you can provide additional delivery information in the Notes field or on the checkout page.

When will you start to process my order?

We start processing all orders as soon as we receive the payments. In cases of bank transfer payments, payment validation may take up to 48 hours.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

Most of the products sold in our store are shipped free of charge. If a separate payment for delivery is required, you will be able to see the price in the Shopping Cart section.

Where does Navigationshop deliver?

Navigationshop LTD delivers the products all across Europe. Delivery is only possible by registered mail or courier.

How long does the delivery take?

The goods are dispatched on the same day. The estimated delivery time is indicated separately for each product.

Can you deliver a product faster than indicated on website?

Delivery time is determined automatically. We are not able to speed up the delivery time.

Can I track my shipment using a tracking number?

Yes, we assign a tracking number to each order and send it to you by e-mail.

Why does my tracking number not work?

Once the processing of the shipment begins, each shipment is registered in the postal system manually and only then the assigned number is activated. For this reason, the number activation, depending on the mail workload, can take up to 48 hours after dispatch. Please contact us if your number remains inactive for more than 48 hours on working days.

How can I receive an invoice for my purchase?

Contact us and we will immediately send you an invoice for the goods purchased.
